This website is operated by Sumbal Saghir. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Products

Our pieces are crafted by hand, so small variations in embroidery, colour and finish are part of their character and are not defects. Colours may also look slightly different on different screens.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change without notice. Payment is taken securely at checkout or, for agreed orders, by bank transfer. An order is accepted once payment (or the agreed deposit) is received and confirmed by email.

3. Made-to-measure pieces

Every piece is made to measure. You are responsible for providing accurate measurements (we can guide you by video call). Production starts once the 50% deposit is received. See our Refund & Exchange Policy for cancellations and returns.

4. Orders we can refuse

We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable, a price was shown incorrectly, or fraud is suspected. If payment was taken, it will be refunded in full.

5. Shipping, returns and privacy

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy, returns by our Refund & Exchange Policy, and your personal information by our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual property

All designs, photographs, text and logos on this website belong to Sumbal Saghir and may not be copied or used without written permission.

7. Liability

To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under applicable law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and disputes are handled by the courts of Islamabad.
