Made to Measure

Every Sumbal Saghir piece is made to measure by hand in our Islamabad workshop and shipped worldwide. Pieces start from PKR 150,000. Here is how ordering works, wherever you are.

How it works

1. Get in touch. Choose a piece on the website, or message us on WhatsApp. International clients are welcome to reach out directly on WhatsApp.
2. Consultation. We discuss the design, any customisation (colour, embroidery, details) and your measurements.
3. Design and quote. We confirm your design, price and timeline.
4. Deposit and measurements. A 50% deposit starts your order. Our team guides you through the measurement process by WhatsApp or video call, and your piece is made to the measurements you provide.
5. Making your piece. Your piece is crafted and hand-finished in our workshop.
6. Final payment and delivery. The remaining 50% is paid when your piece is complete, before it ships: TCS within Pakistan, DHL worldwide.

Timelines

• Allow 4–6 weeks from order confirmation to delivery, international shipping included.
• We recommend ordering 2–3 months before your event, leaving time for any alterations.
• Need it sooner? Rush orders are possible for an additional 20%.

Good to know

• In-person fittings are not currently available.
• Your deposit is fully refundable if you cancel within 7 days; after that, your piece is already being made and the deposit is non-refundable.
• As every piece is made for you, we don't accept returns. Alterations after delivery are available at 5% of the price.
• International customs duties and taxes are paid by the customer.
• Matching pieces for bridesmaids and family can be made too.
