Refund Policy

Every Sumbal Saghir piece is made to measure, by hand, especially for you. This policy explains deposits, cancellations, returns and alterations.

1. Deposit and cancellations

• Production starts once a 50% deposit is paid; the remaining 50% is paid when your piece is complete, before it is shipped.
• You can cancel within 7 days of paying the deposit for a full refund of the deposit.
• After 7 days the deposit is non-refundable, as your piece is already being made.

2. Returns and exchanges

Because every piece is made to your measurements and choices, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please check your measurements carefully; our team will guide you, including by video call, before your order is confirmed.

3. Fittings & Alterations

• Personalised Consultation: Book a consultation with our team via WhatsApp for guidance on sizing and measurements.
• Made to Your Measurements: Your outfit will be made according to the measurements provided at the time of order.
• Measurement Assistance: Our team will guide you through the measurement process to help achieve the best possible fit.
• Alterations: If any adjustments are required upon delivery, the outfit can be sent back to us for alterations, subject to our alteration policy. Alterations after delivery are charged at 5% of the price of the piece.
• Physical Fittings: In-person fittings are not currently available.

4. Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos, and we will put it right.

5. Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 working days. Your bank or card provider may take a few more days to show it.
