How far ahead should I order?

We recommend ordering 2–3 months before your event. Making and delivery take 4–6 weeks; the extra time leaves room for any alterations.

Can I order from abroad without visiting Pakistan?

Yes. We work with clients worldwide by WhatsApp and video call, and ship to the UK, the US, Canada, the UAE and the Gulf, Australia and Europe.

How do I take my measurements correctly?

We guide you through it on a video call, or you can send us your own measurements.

Can I change the colour or embroidery of a design?

Yes, designs can be customised, within the colours available for each piece.

Do you offer fittings?

In-person fittings are not currently available. Your piece is made to the measurements you provide, and our team guides you through the measurement process by WhatsApp or video call.

What if my piece doesn't fit when it arrives?

Send it back to us for alterations if your timeline allows. Alterations after delivery are 5% of the price.

Can you make matching pieces for bridesmaids or family?

Yes. Ask us about group orders for bridesmaids, family and the groom's side.

Do you rent pieces?

No, our pieces are made to order and sold only.

Can I see the fabric or embroidery before ordering?

Yes. Ask us during your consultation.

How much does a piece cost?

Pieces start from PKR 150,000, depending on the design and handwork.

How does payment work?

A 50% deposit starts your order, and the remaining 50% is paid before your piece ships. The deposit is fully refundable within 7 days.

Who pays customs duties abroad?

Import duties and taxes in your country are paid by the customer and are not included in our prices.
