Shipping Policy

1. Timelines

Every piece is made to measure. Please allow 4–6 weeks from order confirmation to delivery, international shipping included. Rush orders are possible for an additional 20% of the price; contact us before ordering.

You will receive tracking details as soon as your order ships.

2. Where we ship

We ship to Pakistan, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and the rest of the Gulf, Australia and Europe. For other countries, please contact us.

We ship with TCS within Pakistan and DHL internationally. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by customs, holidays or courier delays.

3. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

4. Customs, duties and taxes

International orders may be charged import duties, taxes or customs fees by the destination country. These are paid by the customer, are not included in our prices, and are not refundable.

5. Address and delivery

Please make sure your shipping address and phone number are correct; we cannot be responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect details. If a parcel is returned to us because it could not be delivered or customs fees were refused, re-shipping costs are charged to the customer.

6. Lost or damaged parcels

If your tracking has not updated for several days or your parcel arrives damaged, contact us and we will work with the courier to resolve it.
